After founding two tech ventures in the sustainable consumption space, Haley has most recently invested in the success of early-stage founders by helping them unlock their potential, catalyzing the growth of their impactful startup solutions. Haley steadfastly believes that an entrepreneur's success is accelerated by their ecosystems. Haley has dedicated the most recent years of her career to building thriving networks of expertise and support for founders that activate them to build at their highest potential.
Most recently, Haley was the founding Director of Marketing and Community at ClimateHaven, where she lead marketing and communications, community engagement and programming, and business development through external partnerships with corporates and non-profits alike. Before her role at ClimateHaven, Haley exemplified the entrepreneurial spirit by founding and contributing to scaling startups at the intersection of technology and sustainable consumption. Most notably, she is the founder and former CEO of ShopTomorrows (acquired), a nationwide circular marketplace facilitating the exchange of essential goods between friends, families, neighbors, and communities, and co-founder of Treasury Collective, a community-driven marketplace connecting consumers with secondhand and sustainably-sourced products through trusted curators. Both platforms share a joint mission of increasing access to secondhand products to combat overproduction and overconsumption in fashion.
In addition to her entrepreneurial endeavors, Haley has shared her expertise in textile science and sustainability, sustainable fashion, and the business of fashion, speaking and teaching at universities across the northeastern United States including Yale University and Sacred Heart University in CT. Her perspectives and insights can also be found in Time, WWD, Hearst Media, and Nasdaq.
Haley received her BA from Bates College and MFA from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. Currently, she resides in Connecticut with her family, where, in her leisure time, she enjoys dancing and treasure-hunting at local markets.
